A Batesville woman faces felony drug charges after she was caught with meth 48 year old Kathy Keifer was stopped because a headlight was out on her vehicle and it was unlicensed. The deputy discovered that Keifer was on probation and had a search waiver on file. the deputy found a plastic vile of meth in the vehicle. She was taken to jail on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance, meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.
