A West Plains couple faces several charges after a high speed chase. 42 year old Robert Paul Besse and 39 year old Carie Jennifer Collins were both charged with second degree burglary, receiving stolen property and stealing $750 or more. Besse is also charged with first degree tampering with a motor vehicle, He was released after posting $5,000 bail a warrant was issued for the arrest of Collins with bail set at $5,000.
