A Bald Knob Arkansas man was arrested by the Highway Patrol Thursday afternoon in Texas County. 42 year old Jeremy Hill was arrested on charges of felony possession of meth, driving while intoxicated-drugs, driving while suspended and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Texas County Jail and placed on a 12 hour hold.
