A man from Thayer has been arrested after he allegedly threatened to kill a woman and her family with a railroad spike. 26 year old Lance Goodman is charged with second degree assault, armed criminal action, resisting arrest and second degree tampering with a motor vehicle. the incident allegedly occurred on the parking lot of Nelson Tire in Thayer and Goodman was arrested a short time later in Hardy. His bond was set at $5,000 cash or $15,000 surety.
