An Arkansas State Red Wolves Wide Receiver has been selected for the 2019 Biletnikoff award watch list. the Honor is given to the nation’s top receiver. Kirk Merrit made the list, he was also named to the Maxwell Award watch list earlier this week. Merrit led the Sun Belt Conference with 83 catches for 1005 yards, and 7 touchdowns, last season and was named the SBC newcomer of the year.
