A West Plains man was taken to Howell County jail after his arrest Saturday afternoon on drug charges. 40 year old Robert Threlkeld was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance meth, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and on a misdemeanor Audrain County warrant for possession of Marijuana. He was take to the Howell County jail.
