Sunday afternoon the Missouri State Highway patrol arrested a West Plains man on felony drug charges. 34 year old Benjamin Aiton was arrested for possession of a controlled substance-hallucinogens, possession of a controlled substance marijuana, and misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended. He was charged and then released.
