The Howell County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Mountain View man Sunday for failure to appear. 39 year old David Randall Scrivner was arrested for failure to appear on charges of stealing a motor vehicle, first degree tampering, stealing a firearm, and first degree property damage. His bail was set at $10,000.
