A Woman from Doniphan was placed on a 12 hour hold after her arrest Tuesday. The Highway patrol arrested 36 year old Lashawna Phillips for felony possession of a controlled substance meth, felony driving while suspended and possession drug paraphernalia. She was taken to the Butler County jail and placed on a 12 hour hold.
