A West Plains woman will go to trial in October on drug trafficking charges. 61 year old Shirley Jo Hicks was arrested in July of 2018 after authorities found 12 pounds of suspected meth, firearms and $20,000 cash while serving a search warrant. On July 15th hicks entered a guilty plea to as reduced charge of second degree drug trafficking then on July 19th withdrew the plea. she will be in court on October 22nd. Hicks was released on $100,000 bail.
