A Baxter County deputy and school resource officer has been arrested for sexual misconduct. 33 year old Matthew Guthrie was arrested Friday morning and allegedly made a ful confession to the allegations. The incident involved a 16 year old student at Cotter School wher he worked as a resource officer. His bond was set at $100,000
