A Mountain View Missouri man suffered serious injuries in a one vehicle accident Sunday afternoon west of Mountain View. The Highway Patrol says that 52 year old James Cooper was injured when he drove off the road and hit a tree. The accident happened on Business 60 about a half mile west of Mountain View. Cooper was flown to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
