A Sixth person now faces charges in connection with the murder of 44 year old Danial Richardson in Ripley County. The Sheriff’s Department reports that Derek Bunyard is now charged with accessory to murder and arson.
Richardson’s body was found Friday north of Doniphan, and five people, David Scrivner, Dawn Lloyd, Cody Payne, Jared Lloyd and Shyler Tubbs were all arrested and charged with murder, arson, kidnapping, tampering with physical evidence and armed criminal action. they are being held in Wayne County.
