A West Plains Couple have been arrested on drug charges. 55 year old Bradley Jon Russell and 45 year old Denise Lynn Russell were both arrested after police found a gun, illegal drugs, plastic bags and scales in a home that was near the Boys and Girls Club, a Daycare center, a public library and Carmicheal Field. Bradley Russell was charged with distribution of a controlled substance in a protected location, unlawful possession of a firearm and 2 counts of endangering te welfare of a child. His bond was set at $20,000. Denise Russell was charged with possession of a controlled substance and first degree endangering the welfare of a child. She was issued asummons.
