On Wednesday, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30 year old Ashley Kratky, of Ava, on her Grand Jury Indictment from an incident occuring in February 2019. Kratky has been charged with Felony DWI-Death of 2 or More. Bond has been set at $20,000 10% cash or surety, with CPS Supervision with alcohol monitoring. Currently, Kratky is still in the Douglas County Jail.
