Two fugitives have been arrested in Howell County. 29 year old Dustin Sting Wayne Maggard and 28 year old Mariah Shae Baker. Maggard was arrested on a felony warrant from Arizona as a parole absconder on a conviction of aggravated assault. Maggard waived extradition and is being held on $50,000 bond Baker was arrested on a warrant from Kentucky for interference with custody. She is also charged with first degree endangering the welfare of a child and resisting arrest.
