A man from Kansas City was arrested in Howell County Friday afternoon. The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 43 year old Bernard Melvin on a felony warrant for probation/parole for child molestation. driving while intoxicated drugs, no proof of insurance, failure to register a motor vehicle and no seatbelt. He was taken to the Howell County jail and is being held without bond.
