The Douglas County Sheriff’s Department is reporting that a man wanted in Douglas County has been apprehended by Warrensburg Police Department and the ATF. Cody Franklin was arrested on a Douglas County warrant for 2 counts of first degree assault, 2 counts of armed criminal action. He was taken to Franklin County Jail and held without bond.
