The Izard County Sheriff’s Department and the 16th Judicial District Drug Task Force report the arrest of two Melbourne residents on felony drug charges. 49 year old Matthew James Olsen and 57 year old Katie Ann Haynes were both arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and maintaining a drug premises. Both were taken to Izard County jail. bail for Olsen was set at $40,000 and bail for Haynes was set at $20,000.
