A man from Willow Springs was injured in an accident Friday afternoon east of West Plains. The Highway Patrol reports that 26 year old Zebadiah Jorgensen suffered moderate injuries when he drove off the road, hit a fence and a utility box and was ejected from the car he was driving. Jorgensen was taken to Ozarks medical center for treatment of his injuries. The accident happened on U.S 160 about 3 miles east of West Plains around 2:20, then at around 4:10 the Highway Patrol reported that Jorgensen had been arrested on a Howell County Warrant for possession of a Controlled substance.
