The Missouri State Highway patrol reports the arrest of a man from Doniphan Saturday night. 43 year old Jason Payne was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance meth, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Butler County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
