A man from Matthews Missouri was arrested in Oregon County on several warrants. 39 year old Roger Brooks was arrested on a Scott County warrant for possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid. Bond is $5,000 on that warrant. A Ripley County warrant for non-support, total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payments. Bond for that warrant was $20,000. A New Madrid County warrant. for possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid. No Bond on that warrant. Brooks was arrested by the Oregon County Sheriff’s Department and then taken to the Thayer Jail. He has now been released to Ripley County Sheriff’s Department.
