The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested a man from Naylor in Ripley County Wednesday on felony charges. 54 year old Carter Day was arrested for felony unlawful possession of a firearm, felony driving while revoked, failure to display valid plates, possession of marijuana less than 10 grams, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Butler County jail and placed on a 12 hour hold.
