A Mountain home woman was arrested after a short high speed chase in a stolen vehicle. 30 year old Celeste Elizabeth Virga was arrested for felony theft of property, felony fleeing, and misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, leaving the scene of an accident, reckless driving, failure to maintain control and no insurance. She was taken to Baxter County Detention Center. bond was set at $12,000 and she will be in court August 22nd.
