A Salem Arkansas man faces Rape Charges. 20 year old Jerry Robert Morris is charged with three counts of rape after Salem Police were notified by the parents of a 13 year old girl. Morris allegedly admitted to Salem Police that he knew the 13 year old girl but denied any relationship with her. He then later allegedly sent a text to an officer admitting having sexual intercourse with her. He also allegedly drove to the Salem and handed an officer a note admitting the charges. He is being held on $20,000 bond and has been ordered to have no contact with the victim.
