A man from Moody suffered on minor injuries but was cited for DWI after an accident Sunday afternoon in Howell County. The Highway Patrol reports that 32 year old Dustin Hilton was injured when he drove off the road and overturned the vehicle he was driving. Hilton was charged with driving while intoxicated, persistent offender, a felony howell county warrant for driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked or suspended, no seat belt, careless and imprudent driving involving a motor vehicle crash. The accident happened on county road 7960 a half mile west of Rt E
