A teen from Winona was injured when his vehicle hydroplaned Sunday in Carter County. The Highway patrol reports that 17 Landen Haynes suffered moderate injuries when his vehicle hydroplaned , went off the roadway and overturned. Haynes was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. The accident happened on highway 60 about a mile and half east of Fremont.
