Thayer Police report the arrest of a Qulin Missouri woman on felony charges. 44 year old Kimberly Simpson was arrested and is charged with felony first degree burglary, felony stealing $750 or more, and felony first degree property damage. Her bond was set at $15,000 cash or $50,000 surety.
