A man from Cotter will undergo another mental examination before he goes to trial for terroristic threatening. The public defender for 25 year old Cody Sailee has requested a psychological evaluation of Sailee. The state has already had one done but that one is being challenged. Saillee allegedly went into a local hair salon and told an individual that he had been chosen by God and that she would die that day. He allegedly told her she would soon be in heaven and have superpowers.
