The Douglas County Sheriff’s Department is reporting the arrest of two people after a traffic stop. 25 year old Collin Lane and 26 year old Chelsea Gower were both arrested. Lane was arrested on a Douglas County felony warrant with no bond and Gower was arrested on a felony Wright County warrant with no bond and a felony Webster County warrant with no bond. Lane is being held in Douglas County while Gower was transported to Wright County
