Friday a special press conference was held at Hass-Darr hall on the campus of Missouri State University in West Plains to announce the new fast track grant. Governor Mike parson along with Education Commissioner Zola Mulligan and Missouri State President Cliff Smart were all there for the announcement, Cliff Smart had a few comments about the need for the Fast Track Grant
