A Fulton County man was arrested in Jonesboro. Joseph Kramer of Camp was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kramer was stopped by police in Jonesboro and police searched his vehicle and found marijuana, a baggie containing a crystal substance that field tested positive for meth and a smoking device. Kramer was taken to Craighead county Jail.
