A Birch Tree man was arrested by the Highway Patrol Thursday afternoon. 47 year old Scott Holt was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance, felony driving while revoked, possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance and failure to display valid plates. He was arrested in Shannon County then released.
