A Mountain View Missouri woman was injured in a one vehicle accident Thursday afternoon south of White Church. The Highway Patrol reports that 50 year old Mona Castillo suffered serious injuries when she drove off the road and hit a fence. Castillo was flown by Air-Evac to Cox medical Center in Springfield. The accident happened on Missouri 17 about a mile south of White Church. Castillo was also charged with DWI, Careless and Imprudent driving and no seat belt.
