A man on probation now faces sexual indecency charges in Izard County. 47 year old Darrey Hart was on probation in Baxter County is now charged with 2 counts of sexual indecency with a child. An Izard County woman allegedly contacted police in July and reported that her 14 year old daughter had allegedly received a Facebook message from Hart containing sexually explicit photos. Hart’s bond in Izard County is set at $20,000.
