A Mountain Home man is charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution. 37 year old Jeffery Scott Sheppard was arrested Monday in connection with a case resulting in the arrest and conviction of 22 year old Kyle James Tilley who was sentenced to 10 years in prison on burglary, theft and fleeing charges. Sheppard is being held on $5,000 bond.
