U.S 160 in Howell County will close while BNSF railroad crews perform maintenance on the railroad tracks. The railroad crossing is located between Concord Road and Airport Road in West Plains. weather permitting the road will close at 8 am Wednesday September 4th and reopen at 4 pm Thursday September 5th. The work zone will be marked with signs and motorists are urged to find an alternate route and to use extrteme caution while traveling near the area.
