A man from Licking was arrested Saturday morning in Dent County. The Highway Patrol reports that 42 year old James Denny was arrested for felony probation parole warrant for possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of a controlled substance meth, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia prior drug offense, and no seat belt. He was taken to Dent County Jail and is being held without bond.
