A Man Was Arrested After A Pursuit In Fulton County

A man was arrested in Fulton County after a chase. Authorities were notified of a possible stolen motorcycle. They spotted the motorcycle and attempted to stop it but the driver 28 year old Spencer Langston fled and shoved a female passenger on the bike off the bike into the path of a patrol unit. The Deputy swerved and missed her and she was able to walk away from the fall. The pursuit continued at speeds up to 90 MPH, Langston was caught after ditching the motorcycle and attempting to flee on foot. Langston allegedly then threatened the deputy after being cuffed saying that when he was released from prison he would find him and his family. Langston is charged with felony counts of aggravated assault, terroristic threatening and possession of firearms by certain persons. He also faces four traffic violations.  His bond was set at $20,000.
