Two Mountain View Arkansas residents have been arrested in a case involving sexual abuse. 57 year old Norman Smith was arrested earlier on charges of four counts of trafficking persons, sexual indecency of a child, second degree sexual assault and two counts of aggravated assault on a family or household member. His wife, 53 year old Emily Ann Smith has now been charged with accomplice liability in the trafficking of persons and permitting abuse of a minor.
