U.S 160 in Howell County will close while BNSF railroad crews perform maintenance on the railroad tracks. The railroad crossing is located between Concord Road and Airport Road in West Plains. weather permitting the road will close at 8 am Wednesday September 4th and reopen at 4 pm Thursday September 5th.
