A man was stabbed Saturday night in Baxter County and the man who stabbed him now faces deportation. Authorities say that 36 year Carlos Narvaez Ramirez allegedly stabbed the man in the arm. The victim said that they had been drinking when Ramirez became violent and stabbed him. Ramirez says it was self defense. Ramirez is charged with felony first degree battery, his bond was set at $50,000. ICE has a detainer on Ramirez as a removable alien.
