A Baxter County couple have been charged after their infant daughter tested positive for meth. 28 year old Dustin Sandoval of Mountain Home and Shannah Cotter of Gamaliel are both charged with a class Y felony, which is the most serious crime not punishable by death in Arkansas. They could be sentenced from 10 to 40 years in prison.
