A man from Thayer was arrested after allegedly pointing a gun at another man. 54 year old Nathan Bivins was arrested in August following an incident at the Comfort Green Motel.. Bivins was arrested and charged with first degree assault, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon. His bond was set at $250,000.
