An Izard County woman was arrested on several drug charges after authorities served a search warrant at her home. 57 year old Katie Havens is charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver, meth and a schedule I or II drug, 2 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance near a certain facility, She is being held without bond.
