The name of the man involving in a shooting near Doniphan on Sunday has now been released. 31 year old Joshua Blackshear allegedly shot his wife in the hand and grazed her chest. Blackshear is charged with first degree domestic assault with serious injury, first degree kidnapping, armed criminal action, unlawful use of a firearm, second degree assault for ramming a deputy’s vehicle, unlawful possession of a firearm, property damage to a patrol vehicle. Blackshear is to be arraigned tomorrow.
