Two people were arrested in connection with Marijuana grow operation in Baxter County. 70 year old William David Bowen of Midway, and 74 year old David Michael Lekin of Mountain Home are both charged with felony counts of manufacture of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $5,000 each.
