A man from Winona is being held in Shannon County after allegedly shooting at a house. 46 year old Richard Bradshaw allegedly shined a spot light at the house after no one answered the door. He then went to his truck and got a gun and fire shots at the house. A person came to the window and Bradshaw allegedly told them that he had a message from the Lord. He said “The Lord said duck”. Bradshaw is charged with two counts of unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action.
