Two people were injured in a two vehicle accident north of Ava last night. The Highway Patrol reports that 51 year old Mark Chance of Ava suffered moderate injuries and 50 year old Boyd Mobbs of Ava suffered minor injuries when Chance hit the rear of the vehicle that Mobbs was in which had become disabled in the roadway. Both men were taken to Cox South hospital. The accident happened on Missouri 76 about 3 miles north of Ava around 11 last night.
