An Independence County man was sentenced to 10 years in Prison. 44 year old Richard Wiltrout had a record of 11 previous felony charges. He was convicted last year to a felony charge of furnishing prohibited articles inside a detention facility and a misdemeanor possession charge. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison and given 10 years imposition of sentence.
